Girly Guide End of Summer- Fall Forecast 2019
Partially Inspired by WhoWhatWear.com
The summer highlighter heatwave is still going strong into the fall. So come and get on your neon! Betsey Johnson serves up flirty floral earrings in glowing-glam pink. Bright leggings with a fluorescent flair also are a comfy way to embrace this bold color trend. What a great seasonal segue. I’m going to squeeze every last drop out of summer before hunkering down into the cozy months of autumn. Although, as many of you know, autumn is my fave time of year even if I will miss being poolside and in skimpy bikini tops. 😉
A bouquet of pretty panties!
Some bouquets are always in season like Hanky Panky’s half dozen thong roses in “mixed pink” and BellaSous Bloomin’ Bloomers
PISTACHIO AND BUTTERSCOTCH
This autumn pistachio and butterscotch are going to be popular and are so much more than yummy fro-yo flaves. Thick, textured sweaters and chunky knits will be a chic and simple way to look great when the temps start dropping.
In keeping with the texture and tactile theme of thick knits, the embossed, latticed look will be popping up from jackets to shoes to handbags. Here are two examples of my faves:
Romance Gone Rancid
This fall, the Victorian romantic aesthetic with a sinister, punk twist is going to be big. Think black lace, girlish but ghoulish stockings, corset-style bustiers and Edwardian heels.

Delicate yet Bold Statement Pieces
Bring a little foliage into your fashion to celebrate the leaves putting on their annual show. Leaves gilded in goldtone will make any outfit sparkle.
Prints are going to be fun to embrace with so many options everywhere. From funky retro graphic tees to artsy leggins there is no wrong way to wear it.
A little Lamé mayhem this autumn will perk up the fashion horizon and give you enough shine to last until the holidays. Swing on, shimmer and shine!
